Heritage Odyssey is built to need as little of your data as possible. The short version: we don’t collect personal data, and we don’t track you.

What we collect

Nothing personal. Heritage Odyssey has no accounts and no sign-in. We run no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers, and we don’t ask for your email or any personal details.

Location

The app can ask for location permission for one reason: to show where you are on the map and what’s near you. Your location stays on your device — it is never collected, stored or sent to us or anyone else. You can decline the permission and the map still works; you just won’t see your own position on it.

Technical requests

To deliver the app’s content and this website, our providers (the content service and the website host) process standard request data such as your IP address, as any website does. We don’t use it to identify you and we don’t combine it into a profile.

Children

Heritage Odyssey is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any data from children.

Using the app

Heritage Odyssey is a travel guide for personal use. Heritage information can change and may contain errors, so check official sources before you travel and follow the rules of each site you visit.
